## Getting Started

ShefaHealth is a telemedicine application that helps patients and doctors connect in a time where virtual interaction is necessary for the health and safety of everyone.

## UI/UX Design

### Overview

Before beginning the design portion of the project, we needed to ensure solid fundamentals for the functionality. This meant defining each and every concept proposed in a meaningful way so that when attempting to develop, conversion from prototype to functional application would be smooth.

## Super Administrator Platform

### Overview

The super administrator controls the application from the Hub, which allows them to control every aspect of the application, from advertisements shown during calls, practice account management, and a full analytics dashboard for optimizing engagement.

## Customize Ad Campaigns

Add campaign benefactors and products, assign them to campaigns, and track advertisement and campaign performance over time.

## Activity Logging and Account Security

Every call and action is logged and recorded for the super administrator to prevent unauthorized access and provide logs for per-user action tracking.

## Practice and Specialty Management

Manage all of the practices on the web application, view logs, create doctor specialty tags, and view practice usage analytics.

## Practice Platform

### Overview

The practice administrators control the day to day operations of a doctor’s practice/office. They are created by the super administrator and can create doctor profiles and patient entries.

## Manage Patients and Doctor Schedules

Add campaign benefactors and products, assign them to campaigns, and track advertisement and campaign performance over time.

## Practice Specific Activity Logging

Practices also have the ability to view action specific logs for all of the admins and doctors associated with their business.

## Efficient Appointment Scheduling

Appointments are easy to create, with live availability, doctor select, and patient search making the process seamless.

## Perform Daily Appointments

Daily appointments are completed by the doctor via a tablet located in-office.

## Ad Supported Appointment Calls

Calls can be attended by patients on any device with a web browser, and the platform is completely free, supported by advertisements from benefactors.
